Heidi has been working with us since 1999 and heads up the Training and Assessment team, taking responsibility for staff development within the team. She assesses the Administration and Customer Service NVQ’s in the workplace. Heidi’s background is retail and customer service for companies including Debenhams and Nat West. Heidi is one of our IQA’s and holds the full NVQ 3 in Training and Development, the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and several assessment and verification IQA awards.
