Jessica joined the ITEC in May 2017 and is responsible for operating the switchboard, transferring incoming calls, taking messages, etc., and for helping to run our reception area, greeting visitors, signing learners in and generally helping out in all administrative roles.  Jess also helps to run our Vue, Prometric, AAT and City & Guilds testing centre and assists the Admin Manager with monitoring the ITEC’s site and facilities.  She attended Greenwich University for 2 years, gaining 120 credits, and worked as a receptionist in the HR department at Basildon hospital.
